About Us
Dr. Jocelyn Wallace, PT, DPT, CF-L2
Physical Therapist + Strength Coach
Jocelyn created Woven with one mission in mind: the change the way women are supported after gynecological, pelvic and abdominal surgeries. Going through an open myomectomy herself at 26 years old, she saw the gap in support for women who wanted to recover well and get back to training stronger than before. She started her business, then Wallace Physical Therapy, in 2018 and has built a one-of-a-kind coaching company specializing solely in helping women regain control and confidence in their bodies after surgery.
Since her first surgery, Jocelyn has personally experienced a second open myomectomy, c-section, total hysterectomy and abdominoplasty. Along the way, helping thousands of women recover from their own surgeries and get stronger than before. Jocelyn holds her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, pelvic floor training from the Institute of Clinical Excellence and Herman & Wallace and is a Certified Level 2 Crossfit Trainer. She was been involved in the strength and fitness community for over 15 years with experience in coaching Crossfit, Powerlifting + Strongman in a group and 1:1 setting.
Jocelyn believes real transformation comes from blending the power of physical therapy, fitness and health to truly recover stronger.
